No. You are always in control of what you share. EMDR does not require you to go into every detail. We move at your pace and focus on helping you feel safe throughout the process.

I work with adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. This includes childhood trauma, military trauma, and recovery from unhealthy or abusive relationships. I also help with shame, negative thoughts, and feeling stuck or disconnected.

Yes. As a Marine Corps Veteran, I understand military culture and the challenges that can come with both service and transitioning to civilian life. I provide a supportive space for veterans to process trauma and adjust to life after service.

Yes. I support single mothers who may be carrying stress, trauma, and the pressure of doing everything on their own. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.

Everyone’s process is different. Some clients begin to feel relief in a few sessions, while others choose to work together longer. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.
